We expressly state that internet-based data transmission has security holes so that complete protection from access by third parties cannot be guaranteed.

Cookies
We use so-called cookies on our website to recognise multiple use of our offer by the same user/internet connection owner. Cookies are small text files that your internet browser stores on your computer. They serve to optimise our internet presence and our offers. These are mostly so-called "session cookies", which are deleted again after the end of your visit.
In some cases, however, these cookies provide information to automatically recognise you. This recognition is based on the IP address stored in the cookies. The information obtained in this way is used to optimise our offers and to enable you to make better use of our site.

With regard to the function, a distinction must be made between technically necessary and non-necessary cookies. On our site, we only use technically necessary cookies.

Technically necessary cookies
By this we mean all cookies that are necessary for the operation of our website and its functions. These are usually set in response to an action you have taken. These include registration, login or settings such as language or cookie preferences. It is possible to deactivate these cookies in the browser. In this case, error-free functioning of our website can no longer be guaranteed.

Fonts
We use the font Myriad Pro on our websites, which is loaded via Adobe Fonts/Typekit. Further information about Adobe Fonts/Typekit can be found at https://www.adobe.com/at/privacy/policies/adobe-fonts.html.

For technical reasons, we record the following data (called server log files), which your internet browser transmits to us and/or our webspace provider (the list is not exhaustive):

  •     browser type and version
  •     your operating system
  •     the website from which you visit our website (referrer URL)
  •     the website which you visit
  •     date and time of your visit
  •     your IP (Internet Protocol) address.

This anonymous data is stored separately from any provided personal data so that no conclusion to an individual is possible. The data is used for statistical purposes and to enhance our website and offers.

You can register on our website. Any data that is provided in the course of registering, i.e. any data visible in the registering form, is exclusively used and stored to access and consume our offers. When you register on our website, we will store your IP address as well as the date and time of your registration. We need this information as a security in case a third party abuses your data and registers on our website using your data without your knowledge or consent. We will pass on this data only within DCCS IT Group. We will not pass on this data to companies or persons outside of DCCS IT Group. We will also not compare this data to any data collected by other components on our website.
Your application data is processed electronically for the purpose of handling your application. In case your application is followed by an employment in DCCS IT Group, then your data may be stored in your personnel file in the course of usual organizational and administrative procedures, adhering to all relevant legal provisions.
We will process your data at least for the duration of your application. In case legal provisions require us to store data longer, we will adhere to the deadlines mentioned in the respective laws and regulations, and we will delete your data afterwards.
Your application may also be processed by a company of DCCS IT Group which is not located in the EU/EEA. However, processing will always adhere to GDPR and Austrian Data Protection Law. Apart from this, we will not pass on your data.

Use of Matomo
Our website uses the Matomo (www. Matomo.org) web analytics software, a service provided by InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, to collect and store data for statistical analysis of user behaviour for optimisation and marketing purposes. Pseudonymised user profiles can be created and evaluated from this data for the same purpose. Cookies may be used for this purpose. Among other things, the cookies enable the recognition of the internet browser. The data collected using Matomo technology (including your pseudonymised IP address) is processed on our servers.
The information generated by the cookie in the pseudonymous user profile is not used to personally identify the visitor to this website and it is not merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.
If you do not agree to the storage and evaluation of this data from your visit, you can object to its storage and use at any time by clicking on it below. In this case, a so-called opt-out cookie will be stored in your browser, which means that Matomo will not collect any session data. Please note that if you delete your cookies completely, the opt-out cookie will also be deleted and may have to be reactivated by you.

Google Ads
Our website also uses Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords). Our website uses the online analytics service “ConversionTracking” by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, in the following referred to as “Google”. Google Ads places a cookie on your computer if you have accessed our website via a Google ad. Cookies are small text files sent by a web server to your browser and stored on your computer’s hard drive. These conversion cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that the user clicked on the ad and has been redirected to our page.
The information collected using the conversion cookie serves to create conversion statistics about the use of our website. We are provided with information on the total number of users that clicked our ad and were transferred to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, we are not provided with any information to allow us to personally identify users.
If you do not wish to take part in the tracking process, you can also object to the storage of cookies, which are required for conversion tracking – e.g. by changing your browser settings to generally deactivate automatic cookie storage. You can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by changing your browser settings so that cookies from the “www.googleadservices.com” domain are blocked.
Please refer to the following website for Google’s respective privacy policy: https://services.google.com/sitestats/en.html
